What we run

One partner for the whole event. We bring the developer and creative audience; you bring the product and the people you want on stage.

Launch events

Put your model in front of the people who will build with it. We shape the program, curate the audience, and film the night. Your team walks on stage to a full room.

Hackathons

A day of building on your tools, judged live. Teams ship working demos on stage. Our judging panels have included Academy Award winners and investors from Alumni Ventures.

Meetups & masterclasses

Standing rooms where working creatives and developers learn a new stack. The format for adoption, hiring, and community, run on a calendar instead of a one-off.

The rooms we fill

From our hackathons, demo nights, and pitch nights across San Francisco.

The team behind it

Our team has organized events across San Francisco and grown communities of 250,000+ members. We handle venue, program, speakers, judges, audience, and filming.

A professional crew films the day. The recap film and the social campaign that follows carry your name well beyond the room.

What companies ask us

Can you run our launch event?
+

Yes. We run it end to end: venue, program, speakers, judges, audience, and filming. You bring the product and the people you want on stage. We build the room around them.

How many people attend?
+

Flagship events curate 100 to 150 attendees: AI builders, working creatives, agency owners, and film talent. Meetups and screening nights run smaller. We curate the room for your goal, not for a headcount.

What does it cost?
+

Packages are shaped to the event and the goal. Tell us what you want out of it and we will shape the package. We are a non-profit initiative, and we confirm tax treatment with you in writing before you commit a dollar.

Where do the sponsorship dollars go?
+

To the events, the organization, and the mission: training creative professionals for the AI era. One scholarship seat carries one creative professional through eight assessed weeks. Sponsorship never buys influence over our benchmarks.

What kinds of companies do you work with?
+

AI model labs, developer tool companies, and creative software teams. Speakers and tools from OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA, and ElevenLabs have been featured at past events.

Do we have to be based in San Francisco?
+

No. Most partners fly in for the event. The community and the venues are in San Francisco; the recap film and the social campaign that follows travel everywhere.
